A THOUGHT TURNING INTO AN IDEA

(Concept into prototype)

I

A pencil, laying there on the edge of your desk. Just waiting for the right moment to speak it’s mind. The right moment when all that was thought to be lost is most clear, only after the right questions has been asked. To tell a story, using the up most notorious ways of our minds, to have a grasp of ideas within our reach. The best way to shape ourselves and our brilliant minds does not come from an outside source, nor does it come from any experiences we desire, but rather what is closer to the place we call home, no matter how far throughout the universe it rings that sweet melody. Our reasons fortify our own ideas, while our imaginations set free the lost wandering ways in which we tell the story

No matter which way you put it: by either pen/pencil and paper or electronically, the outcome will be the same. Even if the format is as different as the moon is to the sun…the “main” concept is there, hiding amongst the tall reasons. I am not doing this simply because I can, neither am I doing it to prove a point, not even am I doing it for fame, rather I am doing it for the most simplest and the most powerful reason known in existence throughout history: to think. To think deep and mysterious like the ocean. Wave after wave of ideas crash into possibilities. Each wave has a different height and a different speed, but they all have the same motivation: to get through the bottle neck of “is it possible?” Filtered out by what we think is plausible. Only the very best can survive the highest level of achievement. Each idea has it’s ups and downs…some areas are more complete than that of a similar wave seen by the eye. The point of view is how you look at it, while the understanding of what we know is how you have known it as to be.

The universe, another example of how my writing can tell a story. Each word is like a star, billions upon billions light up the dark sky. Illuminating what you seek through communication of words. Each and every star has it’s own brightness, size, distance and other differences that make it the prime word that you want to use best to describe your ideas. Moving objects that “float” around in our minds resemble comets. Just floating around waiting to either collide with another object and broaden our ways of thoughts, or to pass by the same idea looking at it over again to see if it will be the best piece in order to help you fill in the puzzle.

I can accept failure. I can accept victory, but I can never accept defeat. It is not something that can just be conceived with the values of time. It is something that is defined in the many different ways we look at success. All of which have a very similar basic foundation that supports the questions we have for the reasons we want to know. The bridge that it is supporting goes only to the direction you choose. Your actions pave the road. The type of material that you use to pave this road depends on simply what your own desires are. The scenery is known as experience. Every mile has something different from the one before it. Some are more noticeable than others, but each and everyone of them take the form of a wall at some point in time. Not to block out the view, but to rather help us stay on track toward the next challenge. These walls can be painted with questions. They can be painted with reasons for which we do not nearly understand enough for it to make sense at a certain level. The height of the wall depends on each person, and how they view the question. Anyway you look at it… One of many things is for sure… the journey on this quest is to ask about the unexplained. The reason why they are what they are. The reasons for the affect that they have on what we thought we knew. The Goal can be set at the same point as other’s, but the time that it takes to obtain it depends on the journey you choose.

Just the opportunity to stand here and observe what is happening around me, helps me to understand that each time can be different. Each time can help to answer some questions that we attempt to understand, but each time more harder, tougher more complex questions that will try to stand in the way for in which we search. Questions will open the doors of new challenges. Clues will become the steps to reaching a new level of success. Details can be the walls, bouncing off ideas in the search to find the right direction.

What we believe as humans is curiosity to define what we can comprehend on a intellectual level known in its simplest form only known as a question. We ask not what can be or how something came to be, but rather what is a limit? If the mind can memorize more than a million things including actions, speech, touch, taste, vision and emotions, what is not to say we can learn to adapt the form of stars? Each have different gases that give off a certain light. These lights have only one shape. That shape has no boundaries with no lines. A story that details millions and millions of years. Light years being that of distance that like lightning illuminating the darkness in which we walk, shine light to the clues of the puzzle we call life.

Sometimes the silence when we say nothing has more meaning then trying to further investigate the meaning of time. Time itself is broken down into steps we call measurement. Years, months, days, hours, minutes or even seconds will pass by without realizing how much has been done. Each person has their own strong point. Some can sense time more than others. Some can feel pain that others may say doesn’t exist. What really does exist is only perceived by our own reality. Sometimes it takes more effort than we realize just to complete a simple task. This time concept is usually use to simplify our lives. Not knowing when events are suppose to happen, time helps us to stay on track. Like a train headed to its destination, not knowing the time of arrival. Not knowing what obstacles may lie ahead. Weather, people, machines can all affect the arrival time. This is how we prepare for the unknown. We know that the possibilities of the train not arriving on “time” due to uncontrollable events such as weather, people, and machines breaking down. We also know that to combat these negative possibilities of the train not arriving on time we look ahead. Looking at how we can best predict the weather along the path to be traveled. Using what best equipment we have known for centuries to increase our chances of having the train arrive on time.

The great minds of history greatest have had many things in common. Great thoughts to improve humanity and the planet we call home. These minds wanted more than what was offered. They did not want to settle for less. These people knew that if they had something to improve or prove in their theory that what they create has to be explainable to the simplest minds. Whatever they could find or whatever was available at the time was to be used to document the occasion of originality. The proof that this person was the original thinker or creator of this specific event, idea or thought.

Now to come up with these ideas do not always occur over night. Reason and details had to be given in order to fully understand the concept. One thing that was used to accomplish these thoughts was an open mind. A vision that was broad and full of wonder, fueled by curiousity. Not knowing much of what was to come except greatness through effort. Many knew that an even greater amount was going to be against them. Believing that what they know is everything they could possibly need to survive. Very little is understood when it comes to how these minds knew what others could only imagine. Wanting answers to the unknown these great minds tapped into the darkness only known as history. The definition of knowing can be described as learning what someone else has not. Looking at possibilities and how they connect like the stars in the heavens above. Every person can look at the same picture and come up with a different way to connect the bright and dime lights. So many different colors and brightness. Representing the amount of time and detail.

The simple question of is there more to life? Who? This question can be answered in so many different perspectives. Who, What, Where, When, Why and How are the main branches to view on this topic. Each tell the story of what the standard definition of what life means in nature. Who. Is it a person, animal or a living organism that breathes in a toxin and exhales a necessity? Now as this may seem backward, is it really? A plant the breathes in Carbon Dioxide is what we Humans and Animals exhale out of your bodies as a waste. That plant adds sunlight and water to create its own food through Photosynthesis, a process used by plants and other organisms to convert the light energy captured from the sun into chemical energy that can be used as fuel. The waste that comes from plants is known as Oxygen, which we humans, animals, and other forms of life inhale.

What? The most broad of the questions to appear before us. How can we best describe “What”? We can give something a name or classification. We can say it has wings. We can say it is a bird. We can say that just because it is something, doesn’t mean it is what it simply seems. When we hear the word bird we first think of flight. We think of soaring through the clouds high in the sky with our arms spread out like history over time. Remember that not all birds fly. We can give these creatures specific features or some special talent that we can identify quickly. Bright colors, long beaks, speed, or even the food these creatures consume in their diet can be used to classify specifics. The word What is a way of giving character to something, living or not.

Where is the short form of a location which does not have to be exact, but has to be within two points of time. Beginning with a point in time known as history. The word in is used to place a highlight of a point through history. In the pages of a time period is Were an event took place in history. For example when the dinosaurs lived, a time frame was given to describe the type of reptile that lived during the given points in time. Triassic period. The point at which dinosaurs began to appear on earth. This point in time is Were this event took place in history. The location of this event is Where the event took place. Whether it is physically at a location or in the space of time, Were is used to describe location.

When can be best associated with time. An amount given to a specific period of space or length of When such an event(s) occurred. The future and past is best known with the word When. When will a certain event in time happen? When in the past did a certain event occur? The meaning of When in my opinion means an exact point in which an event in time will or has taken place. If something happens, when will the affect take place? When can we know what we want to? The best way to know When is to make the time for it. Like energy which cannot be created nor destroyed, is much like time. No matter what you do, you simply cannot freeze time to work for you. What you can do is make the most out of ever second. This is how you can control to a certain extent the When. In order to do something well, you must practice. Some may be quicker at mastering the skills needed. Some may take longer than they really wis h. The one thing that is common is the amount of time or how much it takes in the form of practice. In a 24 hour period a lot can be accomplished. What you do within that limit of time may or may not go as you have wished or planed for, but one thing that you can control is how much of this time you chose to make the most of. Not always is it best to accomplish this task. Periods of rest or points in time when you are not working towards your goals also help to improve your chances of success.

Why? The cause and effect. Endless wonder is usually associated with this question. For what reason did something happen? Why is something certain? Why does there have to be an answer? These three letters raise more questions then any other. Why? Well we shall explore like a legend or a myth. We do not know all the details, but what we do know sparks our curiosity. Why throughout history did some species survive and why did some go extinct? Why did we wonder in the first place? It is our natural instincts to be curious creatures. We strive each day to try to not only to learn one new thing, but teach one new thing as well. Ever since the beginning of history we are only limited by how much we are willing to learn. When we learn we can adapt to ever changing situations. We can survive. We are not born with the knowledge of everything needed to survive. Instead we have a void that quest for knowledge. This knowledge is detailed by special skills that one creature may become better at. One may hunt better than the rest. One may be a better protector from prey then the others. Why do such events happen? Perhaps because everything in life is a test. One that tells us what our limitations are.

The question that needs explanation with reasoning. How? Is it possible? What makes this work? Sometimes to explain How, we must look into the past. We must look at how each question answers affect each outcome. How does a rainbow work? We know that the different colors are the results of the light refracting through the water droplets in the sky. We know where the water droplets came from. Usually after it rains which is when rainbows usually occur. Where the rainbow occurs is based on where the sun is located. The who factor would be the character we give. The many different variations of rainbows that can occur defines the character. Double, single or even reversed will classify how we give specifics to a type of rainbow. How we do something to complete a task is in the details. We have an order that is not always the same every time. To get from point A to point B with your own two feet. Some may walk, some may run, some may skip, some may even walk backward. Any way you look at it, the task was still completed. How it was completed is to be determined by the individual. How is the explanation of what has or will have occurred at one point in time.

The analogy that can be used to describe something is just about as endless as the universe. Each subject goes out in a different direction. Like the way math may be in the opposite side of science, the same goes for literature on the opposite side of art. Math is used in science to calculate much like science is used with formulas or a hypothesis. You have a slight idea as to how something works. You test it out or calculate to find your answers. Or you believe that if this works like that then this is why it must work and how it works because of why. With literature and art have the same basic principles are used. How you write or read is a form that creates your own style. The words you choose is much like the color an artist chooses for their painting. Just because an apple may be red or green in life does not mean it has to be red or green in the picture. Only limited by your own imagination. The saying “a picture is worth a thousand words” only goes to show you how the two subjects are connected. Just because you do not have everything you believe you need, does not mean you cannot make the most of what you already have.

An autobiography is about the person who tells their story from their own perspective. The amount of depth is determined by the detail spelled out in chosen words. The exact order of these words is unknown. The only way to find the right word it to look at what sentences best fit your own character. Outlining the cover of the book. Filled with days and nights, front to back and the ground to the sky. Time will pass by like a bird flapping it’s wings in a gentle breeze. No direct destiny. Just moments to live by.

To think is a gift. To understand the thoughts of another is a miracle.

Dreams, just what is a dream? Is it a subconscious goal that we see in the future? Is a dream some invisible force that we create in the depths of our minds to fore worn our future selves? Are dreams just our way of telling others how we view the story?

While we sleep, how does it entertain us like the northern lights? Using movement and color for the viewers of the night to see. Can dreams shed light on a question that puzzles us? What makes a dream different from a thought? These questions like many others prove that what our imaginations as living creatures can create from what we know, can lead to wondrous ideas that not only change history, but changes the world we thought we once knew. Moving up the stairs one step at a time. Moving up, then moving forward. The task gets harder as we move closer to our dreams. We are not just moving forward, but up in direction. We rise to the occasion and inch our way closer to victory. Then we move on to the next step. One that has increased in difficulties just as much as the step before, but at new heights. As we sleep, our minds play a movie or act out a play. We do not realize how much detail goes into making sure that when we dream, we are actually awake. We may not realize just how much we think during this amount of time. We may not even know what we are thinking within our own thoughts. What we do know is depending on how much we want something, determines how much effort we put into getting it. Whether it be a toy, game or that dream job… a dream is just a big goal that we want. Something that we feel would make us more comfortable than what we already are. A dream makes us different much like a perspective. The plot and the characters may be the same, but the outcome or results of the story may differ. The littlest details can make the biggest difference in choosing the path we want to take.

From a few minutes to hours on end, a dream temporarily cures the mind from boredom. Outside influences can affect how we dream. Just like a drop of water falling onto a rock, it may take time. It make be sooner than you think. It may seem like the paint has already dried and you are still waiting to get to the bottom.

We talk because its music to our ears. We speak because we have something to say or teach. We read because we have something to learn. We write to describe our own perspective on how we view the world. We use our ears to capture what has been said so that we can inscribe on our hearts like a cd what the mind remembers. Our eyes view time through a window, broken into millions upon millions of pieces. Each piece has its own color. Its own story to tell. From the past of history, to the unknown of the future ahead. We smell life in. We heighten our senses when the gentle spring wind carries the sent of a heartbeat. Each beat puts one foot in front of the other. Tasting tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. The children learn the steps. Our senses work hand in hand to make teamwork the building blocks of success. What must it take for some to realize what is happening? How long must it be before any results are seen? How soon before a voice from far out in the distance is heard?

Imprinted in the sands of time. The water washes away and spreads the wisdom like a seed. Only to be carried away to a distant unknown, unexplored place. Many ways that seed can travel. The final location of were the seed is to be laid to rest is only determined by what we thought we knew. Sometimes you may be surprised to learn what a little imagination and few words of thought can achieve.

“Success is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

Like the planet Venus, which is the only planet to rotate in the opposite direction from its counterparts. Uranus rotates about 90-degrees from its orbital plane around the sun. These two planets have their own unique feature that is a clue when asked what the eyes and ears pickup when first seen or heard. In a picture you can see these two planets in a moment of wonder. As they sit still as viewed from the clear windows we call eyes, in our minds they are spinning. Spinning on their axis grabbing our attention and wonder like gravity pulls an object towards the center of its core. At first when we know very little about these planets and view them in a picture of color, we concluded that there has to be more then just a giant floating mass moving in space. We learn while watching the object in the picture move. We learn when we listen to someone that knows just a little bit more then we do on a subject. We begin to understand and comprehend how the pieces of the puzzle take shape and how they fit together. Focusing on one spot in the picture we begin to realize that the spot we had focused on is moving. On a path we fallow the trail of were this spot began. Seeing that a circular patter has formed. Although this path may not be as exactly round as a perfect circle, it still shows the direction of travel. So many colors flow on the cover of these planets. As different gases give of different shades of light so too does the mind. Different parts of the mind also known as the brain light up when we use a certain part. Each affect each other. Just like how some gases react when brought together, our reasoning reacts when we come up with an idea. Is it possible? What do I need to complete this task? How can I shape this concept into a reality?

You can be happy and never be satisfied. You can stop when you have reached your limits, or you can continue to push past your boundaries that fall further underneath your feet. You can do what drives you from deep within the limits of reality and the limitless source of your imagination filled with DREAMS.

What defines me is not what is behind me, but rather what is in front. Not what challenges lie ahead, but what experiences I have to define what other’s never knew was possible under the level of unconscious while doing everyday things. To ask what the reason for the answer is only but a preview of a different angle. Why we get nervous before a challenge is only a warm-up to what could have been. Questions are not asked for wonder, nor are questions asked to find an answer. Questions are simply asked to get a better understanding on something we would like to get a better grasp on with our minds. Same question. Many different answers, all following to one point that does not always arrive at the same place and time. Positive enforcement is used to congratulate the good, while negative enforcement can have the same effect. Just in a different angle along the same path that is split by ideas. The reason of the operation is simply to complete the mission in a way that gets it finished when the task at hand is complete. In order for it to be complete…. that reason of effect depends on how you deal with what is given to you. Making the best of what you got. And making the best of what you have. Both deals with making the best, yet both deal with Mind vs. Body. More “ideas” are floating deep within the ocean. While others are more mysterious than the universe. Just floating around lost in space, waiting for an invisible force to reach out and grab it right at the source of wonder and interest. A Masterpiece of one. A Word of two. A Mind of three. A Reason of four. A Force of five(senses). A number known for helping, six. A World of Seven(continents). An Ingenuity of eight. A Washing away of time after nine. A Source of ten. How we can determine what needs to be found?

The power behind our own minds cannot be contained within limits. The power or our own choices cannot be contained within others limits. You can walk around all day and all night unconsciously aware of what is going on around you. You can observe what is going on around you every second knowing that the outcome has more than one station. This station is a connecting point that sends the outcome in many possible directions. Only the one with the most fulfilling reasons filtering through the waves of color shows up.

Simple observation can amuse the mind with so many questions, so many mysterious thoughts that fill our mind like pouring water into a glass. As the water gets closer and closer to the top, some know this as experience, while others know it as simply reason. The water starts to spill over the brim and spread out in all different directions. Some may say that our words are like different colors. Different colors that paint the readers, watchers and writers a story that shows as much detail as the author can describe through art. Each color can have different meaning on the same subject. Who are we to understand by just simply observing the outcome? Many reasons. Many unknown questions. Much to learn. What is often most forgotten is usually what is most important. Not just in our minds or in o ur hearts, but deep within ourselves.

Perception beyond the shadow of doubt

“Always go the extra mile, it’s never crowded.”

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”

-Bruce Lee

“A pebble on the streamlet scant has turned the course of many a river: A dewdrop on the plant has warped the giant oak forever.”

Something as simple as water, can break solid rock. Drip by drip. Chipping away as drops of rain create small craters into the dirt. What was once dirt has now turned and transformed into something different with the help of water. Piece by piece the rock loses a small piece of history over time. Piece by piece. Day by day a small yet important transformation takes place. Right in front of the very eyes we see with. Something liquid slowly breaks down something solid. A different state begins to unfold as time takes it one step after another. The basic piece of life. So much needs a simple element made up of other elements to create the key to life. What plants exhale, we and other creatures need to help transport nutrients throughout our bodies. Bodies that require multiple states to function. What seems so simple quickly turns into a more complex detailed story of history. As complex as DNA. Unique as a puzzle is, it is the difference that is key. Perspective is the viewpoint from which we see ourselves. It is the way we see and interpret what is around us. Unanimous objects included. The senses take turns identifying something. Each with a specific job. A specific task to help us understand something that we either don’t know or understand. The slightest trigger can instantly take us back to the past. A faint distant memory that can either haunt us or encourage us to be an do better than whatever may have occurred at some point. Just like the water on the rock, we are shaped by occurrences that can and sometimes have no control over. An outside source that we cannot simple grasp within our hands. The physical touch that asks

“Is this real?”

Waves, shaped by the wind. Water that is moved by this thing we call wind. Something that we can only see the affects of. Leaves in the fall. Flowers in the spring. Two different states that shape something once solid. Waves wash away footsteps in the sand. Covering up the tracks that lead to the future. Now set into the past. As the water continues to carve out a path that grows deeper and deeper. The winds shift. Loose rock is knocked from the place where it once laid dormant for millions of millions of years. The wind from which we cannot see directly push the waters as the force and pressure grows. The wind is invisible, yet we can only feel the affects that it has on us and the things around us. From pushing ships with sails to lifting planes to heights that 100 years ago seemed like only a dream. A liquid and gases state. Igniting to propel rockets to space. To escape another invisible force. To stare into space is to dream as to gaze upon the heavens above is in our curiosity. Forever learning more about the universe. Nebulas, clouds of gas that seem to drift into the darkness of space. Empty endless room full of paintings. Each gas gives of a certain light. Only visible under certain conditions. Two people can look at the same picture and see three or more perspectives. Just like a river going down the side of a mountain. A path that curves like the winds. A gentle breeze in the summer cools us off as the scorching heat embraces us. In the fall, the leaves surf the wind as they fall from the trees. So many different types of leaves, yet they all function basically the same. To help feed what they are attached to. Silence in the winter as snow covers the ground and rooftops. Fireplaces glow from fires and the crackling fills the room. Red, yellow and orange just like the leaves from fall. Heat from the glow of the fire as it dances. Plants begin to sprout in spring as they renew and turn green once again after a long winter’s slumber. Nature’s symphony never stops. Just plays a different tune as the seasons change. Birds return after taking a vacation. Animal come out from hibernation. Taking drinks of water to quench their thirst. Water once frozen has now thawed. Changing state once again. For soon it will rain atop the mountain. To repeat the journey. The soundtrack plays as the story continues. One day and one night at a time.

Mirrored views, a reflection from a different perspective on the same plain of view. Shadows overlapping like leaves. Outlines visualized from text. Descriptions that form a shape from specifications. Limits in many directions make familiar boundaries from which a past memory comes to light. Details in color. Not just black and white. A style or type of knowledge that like a blank left in a sentence lacks structure. Simply because there is an element missing. A foundation that has brick and mortar missing. Cracks from footsteps decorate like veins. Time is pumped into the history books. Different departments, different subjects. Same answer, same unfortunate results. No signed contracts to have guidelines. None to have a template or instructions on how to get from one point to the next on down the line. The rug in the grand room is clean on top. However underneath is another story. Lifted the rug, but not the fingers. If anything else was lifted it was a single finger. Pointing away at another department. In another direction to force the blame. Excuses you call a reason for not full filling what you get paid to do. Never mind what others will think about such a situation. Nonetheless this has nothing to do with your boss or higher up. Remember that gold is a excellent conductor. What you line your own pocket with will only burn longer and at a higher temperature. Those ashes are in no way going to be a phoenix. Money won’t help you.

It can’t pay for something that you put a price tag on. Like opinions. Gems, gold and other precious metals eventually lose their worth. Maybe then you’ll see what has been in front of you this entire time. Over a decade echoes and you have yet to respond. The clock ticks like a heartbeat. Eyes blink like a camera shutter. Veins and arteries flow like rivers and streams. Skin like streets of cobblestone. You get technical and the winds change. That wind you can’t see with the naked eyes, yet the wind takes shape in the form of words that are used to communicate in a universal language. All without a single word lost.

As humanity, is it answers we seek continuously or is it the nature of curiosity that we constantly have on a quest to never stop learning or wondering about the unknown. Not knowing the answers to what we live within our surroundings. Weather, nature, science. Each have a common theme. An understanding that we have either read in a book or have felt it firsthand. Why does these things happen in the way or order that they do? Steps need to produce a result such as rain or snow. Temperatures, humidity, location. Factors that determine the nature of events. Precipitation cannot happen without it first having the right conditions. Water droplets that become too heavy for the clouds to hold. Falling under the force of gravity.

Snow and rain are both water, just in different states of matter. One is frozen in time and yet is still moved by an invisible force. Like the wind, we can’t see it directly, but only the affects it has on the surroundings. Leafs falling like snow. Two different seasons that can and have overlapped. The voice of the wind doesn’t speak directly. It uses objects to communicate and drop hints. A universal language that doesn’t need a translator. Visual clues that answer a piece of the puzzle in this place we call home. Floating in the vast depths of space. Second takes brings visualization to a much deeper understanding when you take another look. Details emerge from the sands of time when the winds of curiosity shift.

“El triunfo del verdadero hombre surge de las cenizas del error.”

“The real triumph of man rises from the ashes of the error.”

A state of curiosity. Nature’s way of telling us to explore the unknown and learn about what not only drives us, but intrigues us. Facts, details of certain paths that show us how things work and operate. Electrical and mechanical integrated into a single unit. Analog clocks using gears to turn a certain distance every 60 seconds. Digital clocks using radio signals to accurately label time as a unit of how long or how much an event takes place so that we can schedule or keep track of task. Unconsciously unaware of certain things that surround us every single day unless we take a break from focusing on one thing. Details only emerge from the shadows when we remove whatever it may be that is obstructing the view. Shadows of the sun and moon are both produced by the same light. The sun with elements used as fuel creates a product that we call light. A result that as time goes by the star changes the element that it “consumes”. From Hydrogen to Iron, the elements change, yet the light is still given off as a sign that borders darkness. A vast void that we call space. A place where light is free to travel with only the limit of speed to hold back like the reigns on a horse. Moonlight, a reflection of the sunlight. Like a mirror reflecting only a certain amount of light every 15 day. Brightness changes like a shadow on a sundial. Rotations of two objects alter the angle of the shadow as daylight fades from the horizon. It takes around eight minutes and thirty seconds for the light to reach Earth. Stories told to generation after generations. Passed down wisdom learned from history.

Rome wasn’t built in a day, but like many of the previous societies, collapses under rule of corrupt power. Many fail to recognize or understand the simplest issues can be solved without the use of war. However also on the other side, war has solved many a problems. Many crumble like the ground from which they stand. Lack of water and attention has led to a dried up base. Yet they still expect oxygen to fall from the sky. They still expect oxygen to be produced at the highest capacity from a wilted tree, bottled and sold to the highest bidder. Bottled without filters from the source and add seasoning to make it fit to their own taste. Their own perception or view of how the world should be. They believe that their taste is what everyone else likes. It’s the highly recommend dose of what they believe is good for you. What you are supposed to think and how to act. How to react to certain situations like mice placed in darkness. Reading a script for the TV screen that turns science fiction into a reality. You can clearly see outside the box and view for yourself what is going on in the other room. This room is another country. Some of the same furnishings lay throughout the house. The water, air and food have all been fixed up or engineered to fit someone else’s taste. The label doesn’t list everything. It’s what’s not there that bridges the gap on the missing link. The alarm is going off and many are ignoring it. Of course hitting the snooze button won’t make a difference when the clock continues to tick away. Until the last grain of sand falls in the hourglass, their structure shall crumble from the lack of attention.

Shadows can either hide or outline the truth. A mask of a smile hides a different emotion underneath. What we are taught and told about growing up is like a seed, only as an adult do we reap the information that was planted into our brains. Shadows only appear when an object blocks light from one side. Not everything will be visible or understood, however we still recognize that even though we can’t physically see something with the naked eye, we know it’s there. Black holes swirl dust and gas at half the speed of light. Heating up to a million degrees producing a glow. Giving off X-rays from which we can pick up the outlines with radio telescopes. A picture as the first of its kind to produce an image that as space itself is not all cold and not even close to vast. More than one way to capture a picture. Think of a black hole like wind, you cannot see it directly or just capture a photo with just a camera. You can only capture events or objects affected by it. At the center of the Milky way, our own spiral disc galaxy stars were observed with the path or trajectory that they took over time. One thing that stood out was at which the speed these stars were moving. Ten million miles per hour. Something was pulling on them. An invisible force that here on Earth we experience all the time. Just on a much, much, much smaller scale. Gravity as it is known. Pulling objects with mass that seems like science fiction with ease. Like a child pulling a toy in circles. The toy wants to leave the orbit, however gravity in this case as represented as string keeps the toy from flinging off. The laws of nature on a much grander scale. Quasars are super massive black holes that spew out plasma contained in a magnetic fields that like a pipe direct plasma straight out into space hundreds of light years away.

Looking into the past to see history that has traveled at light speed across millions of lightyears. Stars collapse after using up all the available fuels. From Hydrogen in the form of nuclear fusion to Iron, an element that the star can no longer use to continue and due to gravity, collapses into a Supernova. This is a key moment. Many different types of events will have an opportunity to present itself to the universe. Dust and gas leftover form the explosion can form into one of many different types of stars and even black holes under the right conditions. From Pulsar stars that spin at incredible speeds to White Dwarfs. Different brightness’s, sizes and masses with a common history. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, this case involves gas and dust. A new light created from the past lives from the DNA if you will of past generations. Wisdom past down to the next generation. New life with the same burning passion. The graveyard transforms into a nursery. Light still shines across the universe. Over time this light will become visible to us. In the form of a telescope or the naked eye, what we see will be a peak into the past. A light show that only nature can produce. Different gasses give off certain colors of light. Think of neon signs. When electricity is passed through different types of gas, certain colors are emitted. Stories told without the use of a single word.

Waves turn like the pages of a book. Sand in an hourglass drops like rain. Words flow like a river down the side of a mountain. Silence like a blanket, covers the voids of space. Solar winds breathe life into the sails of the past. Dust and gas float without any strings. The only thing holding everything together is simply gravity. An invisible force that like wind we can only see the effects of. A star collapse in on itself. The mass is the deciding factor as to what happens next. A fine line between Pulsar star and black hole. Between ten to just over twelve miles is the size of a Pulsar star, but the mass is more than that of our own Sun. Size is considerably different, however mass tells of a different story in the same book. Different color stars and different sizes, each have their own characteristics. One event such as a Supernova affects just a small blip in the timeline. Once the explosion takes place, the dust and gas is spread out in all directions like a ripple in the water. Gravity remains hidden in the shadows. Not long after the death of the star, what is a major role in collapsing the star continues to do what it does best. Pull what remains floating in space together like a family reunion. The same DNA comes together to create the next generation. Invitations sent out in the explosion return home. A brief vacation turns into a different building if you will. Once demolished, uses the same material from the old building to construct the new one. Recycled dust and gas becomes new fuel for gravity to use.

Perception is a point of view that we can and have many times been based on past experiences and what we are taught from a very young age. Influence is often used many times by our own surroundings. We only know so much of what is around us at any given time. An endless amount of use that our own senses pick up automatically. Second nature as they call it. Smells unique as the person who sense what is not held. Seeing images with the eyes closed. The details as crisp and clear as actually being in that physical place all without changing the outside properties around our bodies. Reading stories that take us on an adventure in our minds, all without taking a single step. Time passes by regardless of what is happening around us in this place. Seconds tick like a heartbeat. We only think about it when we recognize or look deeper than just a glance. Uncover the details of how things work. How they operate and affect the surroundings. Certain conditions that need to not only happen, but happen at a certain speed or rate. Altitude as well as temperature determine whether its rain or snow that we see and feel in our environment. Knowledge can only be obtained by experiments and curiosity. Figuring out why things and events happen when and how they happen for what reason. There is usually a way to find some answers that science and mathematics uncover with calculations and understanding. The distance of a star that can only be seen with several telescopes. Different parts of the world sync as a single unit. Publishing a book on a topic such as astronomy would constantly need to be updated with the latest information. Even after decades of study and observations, new knowledge is being obtained about our own solar system. Jupiter has sixty-nine known moons. That number use to be sixty-seven. Are there even more moons? Only time will tell. And by that I mean observing the surrounding orbit of Jupiter. Shadows cover a vast area that occasionally take a vacation and shows scientist what light from the sun uncovers. Like the Hubble space telescope that for a while had the onboard camera face a certain area of space that was thought to contain very little to no stars or galaxies. What is called “The Deep Field” shows more galaxies and stars than grains of sand on the entire planet. Does this mean that if you stare off into space that you’ll find more than you bargained for? Perhaps because it is when we ask and wonder about the unknown that we become interested in things other than ourselves.

Gravitational winds turn the silence into sounds of vibrations. Invisible force directly noticeable by indirectly affects. Invisible force sheds light on the outlines of the shadows. A universal standard that affects the different planes of perception. Even a third dimension cannot reach all the corners. A pop up image takes final form when the fabric is flatter fully open than in the closed position. Which is it that is truly more a mere one dimension image transformed into a third dimension image that reveals the corners that literally hid in the shadows. Some corners may just bend enough to obscure our perception of what we truly believe that the image moving or still is as it appears without any covers or masks. Water and crystals refract the light visible by the naked eyes or x-rays that prove something that once seemed invisible is visible through the effects of another event in the same story. The solar system and universe is just spinning around like an atom. Something must be at one point in history if not still there beyond Pluto. Not a small object either. For an explanation of why the solar system is at a tilt of six degrees. A black hole, wind and gravity. Invisible, but the effects are not invisible.

Ninety-Eight degrees, The tilt of Uranus. The moons that circle the planet (all 27) also circle like a race track on a tilt. Tritan, one of the moons of Neptune one out of 13 circles in the opposite direction that the planet that it orbits spins. Retrograde orbit. Jupiter has 69, Saturn has 6. Pluto is 200 miles smaller than Tritan 200° below freezing). Somewhere out beyond the belt past Uranus is most likely a planet that as an ice giant has helped to tilt the solar system plane. The Solar System is just a giant dance floor. 1500mph wind speed on Neptune. 3% of the sun’s energy reaches this planet. It takes the internal heat to whip up these winds. The beat of wind through chimes that echo light-years into the past.

Rain drops fall like the sands in an hourglass. Each one represents a moment in time. A series of letters formed into words that carve a path into a sentence. Descriptions called details give color to a vision that is projected into the surroundings. Different shades and brightness enlighten our senses. Interstellar perception of thoughts.  Perception is more understood when you learn more than what you read. Like the 6° tilt of the solar system. The plane on the pages of a book shed light on the shadows of the unknown.

Answers become uncovered from the sands of time. Exposed to show the true form of the unfiltered. Looking into the past through a telescope on the ground or circling this spaceship we call Earth fills our eyes like a pitcher pouring out the contents into the glass below like a waterfall. Pitchers and glasses have different shapes and sizes. Just like the contents can vary in many different factors such as color, viscosity, texture and taste; so too does the way we see the simplest of forms in nature. Seasons change and insects morph to take flight. Things take time to grow and morph. Caterpillar turns into a butterfly. Leaves change colors. Both morph as the time of year passes by. Leaves shaped like puzzle pieces wave as the wind whispers by. The tune of nature is orchestrated by many natural instruments. The rings of a tree show the age of a tree like the earth circling around the sun. A record on repeat. Each song represents a season. A different tune. As unique as the different species of an animal. For example a bird. The similarities are simple yet the differences make up more than the similarities. Wings, feathers and the few functions of a beak and talons all aid in the same direction of a function. However that is where like a puzzle piece is adapted to fit into the bigger picture. Over time the shape, length and even use of features like the beak have adapted or changed to better the odds of survival in certain regions on the planet. Color to attract mates. Color to blend in or stand out. Season to season certain colors stand out. Whether it be leaves on a tree or and arctic fox. Survival relies on adaptation.

Gases give of different light. Some require a different filter on a telescope. Nebula’s are a prime example. What we see when looking through a lens is just like looking into the past. At the current time of viewing certain things in space could perhaps not exist at the exact same time as what your brain is scanning. The amount of time it takes light to travel through space is mind boggling. Not because of numbers or distance, but because there are somethings that no matter how much you read or watch a video, the mind just can’t comprehend on the grand scale of how big the universe really is. Being put into perspective is to compare something that we are familiar with. Something we understand as a person and are curious about as a human. It’s in our nature to be curious and seek answers to the deepest of questions. After all, we are just stardust.

We talk because its music to our ears. We speak because we have something to say. We read because we have something to teach. Tasting tradition that has been passed on for generations. The children learn the steps. Our senses work hand in hand to make teamwork the building blocks of success. What must it take for some to realize what is happening? How long must it be before any results are seen? How soon before a voice from far out in the distance is heard?

Sometimes you may be surprised to learn what a little imagination and few words of thought can achieve.

“Success is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

A tongue much like a sword, slashes through the lies and falsehood that blows in the cold dark wind. Arched like the bridges that connect the past to the future. In the mist of the shadows lies the truth. Covered up in a blanket to blind what we see, not with our eye, but our heart. For warmth and protection from the whistling wind that blows a tune to signal the absence of heat to take over. Even in a crowded though serenity is found as a stone directs water with the curves of its body. Slowly flowing in a different direction every few seconds. As the water flows from the pull of gravity, the path that fallows is carved out for future generations. To lead by example so that those who watch and listen may learn by doing. Learn to carve their own path. Stepping stones across a stream play connect the dots like the Greeks did with stars so long ago. A fish swims, creating a ripple in time as a passing bird glides on the winds of a path carved by older generations. To see past the lies of the masses is to be rarely believed by the masses. Because what we value is what we see from the past. The absence of light is to let the dimmest of candles glow brighter than a room full of crowed voices. Silence speaks loudest when those who are willing to listen hear what is not said. What the absent sound is. A blank space for a candle to fill a void. Space filled with serenity.

There comes a time when diamonds lose there sparkle, gems lose there glow and gold losses its value. A time where dreams are nothing but a distant past. A distant memory buried amongst all the fingers that points in any direction but the person themselves. To one day have that feeling. Knowing that someone else is not going to point their finger at another only to pass with no interest. For another puts little to no effort and comes up with the same excuse not to help solve the problem to only want to take credit. To want to solve the issues without looking to see what the problem is. To one day dream again that someone or something is to be cared about other than themselves. To one day have them take the actions that they once spoke of, many, many, many years ago.

Classifications can be divided into many different categories based on one or many features . Color, shape and sometimes even sounds can put certain things into a very specific category. Like how a supernova is a star collapsing in on itself turning into the beginning of a new chapter on a story that has lasted for millions if not billions of years. Magnetrons, Pulsars, and may different stars each have their own type of super power. A power that only certain types of stars have underlying characteristics or features that are unique to that type of star. Different masses and sizes. Different speeds and different colors. Magnetron stars have extremely strong magnetic fields. A characteristic that is exclusive to that type of star.

In choosing your dwelling,
know how to keep to the
ground.
In cultivating your mind,
know how to dive into the hidden
depths.
In dealing with others,
know how to be gentle and kind.
In speaking,
know how to keep your word.
In governing,
know how to maintain order.
In transacting business,
know how to be efficient.
In making a move,
know how to choose the right
moment.

– Lao Tzu

 We make a vessel from a lump of clay;
It is the empty space within the vessel that makes it useful.
We make doors and windows for a room;
It is these empty spaces that make the room livable.
Thus, while the tangible has advantages,
It is the intangible that makes it useful.

– Lao Tsu

“I am drawn to the beauty as a tree is drawn to light or an animal to water. It is nourishment and a reality that does not ignore those qualities that are considered ugly but touches on truth in the nature of things.”

-Andy Goldsworthy

Serenity is to understand that some questions we simply cannot answer because an equation doesn’t always equal an answer.

Conducting words to be in sync with the theme. Different instruments play a tune that is as unique as the word chosen. A symphony of a river. Flowing without any jagged edges. Just rocks that alter the course briefly. Like the air moving across the wings of a bird or airplane, split for just a short amount of time only to grow. Lightning flashes like a camera. Like when are eyes blink. Images captured. Frozen in time. Turning the pages to make history come alive. Even a blank canvas tells a story. Words that shape the banks of the river. Water and wind have a competition to see which can be more nimble. The stones are slowly moving into place. A new path being created to take us on a journey.

To stand out in a crowd is not difficult, nor is feeling invisible. For a place of calm and serenity in a storm. Far from the hidden. Far from what lies beneath us. A storm is brewing off into the distance. Over the plains dust picks up from the winds that signal a change in barometric pressure. What was once blue skies with clouds scattered like toys in a kids room is now being taken over by a blanket of gray clouds. The sun begins to set in the west as wild rays of light shoot like lasers across the afternoon sky. Birds take shelter in their nest from the approaching rain. Nature’s tune begins to play. The beat of a heart that in a brief moment is seen as the lightning sheds light as thunder commands the attention that pounds on our chest. Calm and relaxation stand still. As the clouds disperse from formation, the sky opens up. Only this time a different light is seen. Reflections of the moon on a nearby lake set the mood. Stars twinkle in the eyes of all those to open them.
